The Self-Contained Expandable Modular Fabrication and Technology System (SEMFTS) is a mobile, modular, and flexible facility designed for manufacturing, service, and food production applications. It utilizes MTI’s Draw-Lok Building System, allowing for customized configurations with personnel doors, bi-fold or roll-up service doors, windows, and skylights.
Each module is self-sufficient, housing its own overhead bridge crane, compressor, and optional diesel generator, with the capability to integrate solar and vertical-axis wind turbine (VAWT) power systems for energy independence. The units can be engineered with R60+ insulation to withstand local snow and wind loads and may be coupled for expanded operations.
Designed for versatile deployment, SEMFTS modules feature integrated hard points in the floor to support heavy machinery, along with floor panels that distribute power, fluids, and compressed air throughout the unit. Modules can also be delivered fully configured (turn-key) with process automation to meet specific manufacturing or agricultural needs.
Pricing for the base module starts with affordability in mind, with ROI achievable in under 36 months, depending on the application. SEMFTS is suitable for off-grid remote manufacturing, disaster relief operations, permanent facilities, and year-round mobile food production.
